Vancomycin völgykoncentráció terápiás tartományának módosítása

Kedves Kollégák!

A Debreceni Egyetem Klinikai Központ Laboratóriumi Medicina TDM-részlege 2022. október 17-től módosítja a vancomycin gyógyszerszint völgykoncentrációjának terápiás tartományát a legújabb klinikai ajánlások alapján: a jelenlegi 5-10 mg/L helyett nem súlyos fertőzésben 10-15 mg/L, súlyos infekcióban 15-20 mg/L a kívánt völgykoncentráció. Ennek megfelelően a 0 perces gyógyszerszint terápiás tartomány 10-20 mg/L-re változik a leleten. A 60 perces csúcskoncentráció esetén a jelenleg érvényes 20-40 mg/L terápiás tartomány nem módosul.
